Dreams can be a place where you can learn things about yourself that you're not consciously aware of. I fondly remember having my share of dreams in my childhood about being a girl.
Affinity explores the dream of a young, questioning trans woman, incorporating relevant and heartfelt experiences from other trans and non-binary characters, thus validating the protagonist's feelings and encouraging her to be true to herself.
Not only did I create this game to educate other people and pluck their heartstrings, but also to prove to myself that I am valid and that my experience is one that's shared by many other people. No matter what I'm going through, I can believe in myself and my identity — and you can too.
