‘Chromatopia’ is a film photography, self-portrait series about the stereotypes of colour and identity. Focusing on artificial personality types that fit the utopian ideals and expectations that anyone can be anything simply by wearing certain clothing.
Being a cis bisexual woman, married to a cis man, I often feel invisible in the lgbtq+ community. This project stands for the many facets of a persons character by scrutinizing and labelling each part to the point of fantasy.
